If paid by Cash or Check: Procedures over $4000 qualify for a 10% discount if paid in full at time of service. Procedures under $4000 qualify for a 5% discount if paid in full at time of service

If paid by a Credit Card: Procedures over $4000 can receive a 5% discount if paid in full of service.

Financing Through Bainbridge Implant and Periodontal : Procedures under $2000 can get a 4-month financing plan with a credit card on file for automatic payments. Procedures over $2000 qualify for 6-month financing with a credit card on file for automatic payments. if not paid in full after 4 or 6-months a 10% charge will be added every month until full payment.

Care Credit Financing: 6 months, 12 months or 18 months, No finance charges if paid in full prior to the selected frame. Care Credit is offering a Special Rate through July 31, 2020 - 18 Month No Interest if Paid in Full Financing Option as what you currently pay on the 12 Month Option.

Regular Payment Options - For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Heath Savings Accounts (HSA), money orders and major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office.

Insurance - We are a Preferred Provided for Ameritas and Delta Dental (Washington Dental Service), As a service to our patients, our practice accepts most dental insurance programs, including non-managed care, indemnity (traditional) and PPO out-of-network. We are not part of any managed care network. Our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be.

The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.
